Blog Hop & Giveaway – Fave Spellbinders Holiday Products

Hi crafty friends! I have a treat for you today. Not only am I sharing 3 cards using some of my favorite products from Spellbinders, there are a ton of other cardmakers doing the same today and if you comment on these blog posts you can win some amazing giftcards!

When I was asked to join this blog hop I had no idea what to make, because how on earth could I choose a favorite product from all of the amazing holiday dies, stencils, hot foil plates, and betterpress plates that Spellbinders has released this past year? So I’m sharing 3 instead of one.

Dancin’ & Giftin’ Mouse

For this first card, I used the Evergreen 3D embossing folder to partially emboss a light blue cardstock, leaving a blank space at the bottom to heat emboss my sentiment later.

I assembled the delightful Dancin’ & Giftin’ Mouse and heat embossed a coordinating sentiment from the Dancin’ Christmas Sentiments stamp set.

Sealed Christmas Sprigs

One of the most joyful parts of 2023 (at least in my craftroom) has been the Betterpress from Spellbinders. And they’ve released some fantastic holiday themed Betterpress plates. I love the shape of this Holiday Foliage Joy image, it comes with separate plates for the sentiment and the wreath so you can leave the sentiment out or press it in with a different color of ink!

It’s no secret that I’m a fan of the Sealed by Spellbinders line, I love the long stemmed flowers and greenery and I was overjoyed when they added some holiday themed sprigs this year! I glued a small bouquet of the Sealed Christmas Sprigs on top of my Pressed image and tied a little bit of gold string around the stems too.

These adorable ornaments designed by Nichol Spohr are just too good not to include. There’s critter options like I used here, or some regular festive ornaments or the Santa’s Crew, which includes a snowman, a santa, a deer and lots more!

For my background I foiled the Merry Christmas & Happy New Year press plate with Satin Champagne foil onto light blue cardstock. Foiling with the betterpress plates, for sure another fave from 2023!
